Order Placement & Payment:

All prices for our products on this Website are in USD (US Dollars). Full payment, including all charges, shipping and handling fees, and taxes, must be made through our approved payment methods before production of your custom boxes begins. As part of the order placement process, you will be required to approve the digital proof of your custom boxes. Once you approve the proof and the job is sent to the press, you are no longer allowed to make changes to the artwork files and job specifications. You have a very limited window of 4 hours to cancel your order after the proof is approved. Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 5% fee. Cancellations are not guaranteed after 4 hours.

Refunds & Returns:

If you receive defective boxes that do not meet your ordered specifications, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order. While we do not offer credits or refunds, we will reprint the entire order free of charge, provided the defect is on our end. However, if the error is determined to be the result of misinformation provided by you, the customer, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the reprint. To be eligible for a reprint, you must return the entire order within 7 business days of order delivery.

Design Services:

All orders for design services are non-refundable.

Sales Tax:

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders. However, if you are exempt from sales tax, you can provide your tax exemption certificate during the order placement process.

Artwork Submission:

Our creative design team uses the artwork you provide to generate electronic and hard copy proofs. To make sure the very best first-class printing results, we require that every one paintings be submitted in CMYK format with a minimal resolution of 300 dpi. We are not chargeable for blurred, contorted, or pixilated printing or color adjustments that could arise while converting your files into CMYK format if they’re no longer submitted consistent with those specs.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your print-ready artwork, including any modifications in the alignment or orientation of the pages of your submitted files. While we take all necessary precautions to safeguard your submitted artwork files, we are not liable for any loss or damage to them during the processing stage. By uploading your artwork to our website, you warrant that you own the materials or have obtained written consent to use the data from the respective copyright holders.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we perceive as illegal or that may infringe on the copyrights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content or material you provide for order processing. We also reserve the right to deny an order without explanation. It is important to note that we will not accept any offensive, improper, or indecent material for printing.

Proofs & Color Accuracy:

EliteBOX Packaging requires users and buyers to approve the digital proof of their custom boxes or services before they are sent to print. We do not send any custom box to the press without the client’s approval. Therefore, it is your responsibility to carefully review the provided proofs by logging in to your account. We are not liable for delays that may occur due to late or non-approval of digital or hard copy proofs. Please keep in mind that the turnaround time advertised on our website begins when you approve the proof.

It is your obligation to thoroughly review the proof before granting approval. You should compare the proof against the original file you submitted to validate and check for any potential issues such as copy, spacing, font style, final text, bleeds, punctuation, image placement, or layout. The digital proofs do not show transparency, color changes that may occur when converting from RGB or Pantone to CMYK, or potential print issues. Additionally, the application of UV lamination may affect the final appearance of the printed colors.

Gang Printing & Overruns/Underruns

We generally do not use gang printing. Printing strategies are chosen based totally on your order specifications. We can also supply a slightly better or decrease amount than the precise quantity ordered, without extra fees.
