Refunds & Returns
As EliteBOX Packaging presents services and products custom designed to consumer specifications, we inspire clients to record any discrepancies or faults in furnished merchandise promptly. Please send us an e-mail with your feedback to info@eliteboxpackaging.com within 3 running days of receiving the order.
Corporation-aspect Defects
If a product fault is shown, the enterprise will reprint the complete order at no additional value. The corporation’s choice concerning disorder dedication and duty may be final. Client-Side Defects

Order Cancellation
Once you approve the proof, printing jobs are initiated promptly. You have a 4-hour window to cancel your order after proof approval, with a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order cost if canceled after processing. Order cancellations must be notified within 12 to 24 hours.
Cancellation requests after processing and printing in the press will not be eligible for refunds. However, we offer free warehouse storage and can ship the order when needed.
